Watersmark House

The Watersmark House is part of planned development directly above scenic Barton Creek. Each home is given a lot lot in the communal neighborhood. Composed of local limestone, expressed concrete floors, and exposed framing, the home is shaped by the protections of existing trees. The compact home is anchored by a tall vertical tower. Local materials used on the exterior of the home were run into the inside to draw the outside in.
